• General日常工作

 Trouble shooting故障检修

 QA data analysis质量控制数据分析

 QA procedures and documentation development质量控制流程开发和文件编制

 Conduct quality system and process audit at supplier sites regularly定期对供应商进行质量体系和过程审核

 Inspection手表检验

• Supplier scorecard review供应商计分卡回顾

 Monitor supplier quality performance监督供应商的质量管理表现

 Drive supplier improvement activities驱动供应商进行改善

 Review supplier scorecard with supplier monthly每月与供应商回顾计分卡

 Follow up Ｏn supplier corrective actions跟进供应商纠正措施

• Audit 审核

 Supplier manufacturing process audit 供应商制造过程的审核

 Sub-supplier audit次级供应商的审核

 Lab test audit 实验测试审核

具体要求

Requirement任职要求

• Degree Holder/ TI graduate or above, BSME preferred 本科/大專或以上，机械工程学更佳

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field机械工程，制造工程专业优先

• Minimum 2 years work experience in watch Quality Control field with strong engineering background & watch manufacturing 2年以上相关经验，工程背景或手表生产经验优先

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese良好的英语及粤语听说能力

• PC skills in MS Excel and Word 熟悉MS Excel 和 Word

• Good team player, self-starter and able to communicate with all level of staff 良好的 团队精神，沟通能力强，做事主动

• Self-motivated, reliable and independent能独立完成工作
